Delivery costs
- Delivery is free for orders of 350€ and over.
- For orders below that, the cost of delivery is €25.
Delivery times
- For neutral merchandise, 3 to 4 working days are expected from the order date.
- For customized merchandise, 7/8 business days are expected from confirmation of the draft.

Graphic draft
- The graphic draft is a free service. You will be able to request it to approve or modify the result of the customization and get the best result, once you submit your order.
- For the graphic draft you will only need to provide your logo or design in vector format. If you do not have a logo in vector format you will only need to ask for our support.
- You will receive the draft graphic within 24 hours of confirming your order.
- If you have a doubt, our graphic designers will be ready to suggest the best solution because, just like you, our priority is to give your logo maximum visibility!
Quote infromation
- Once you have sent your request you will receive within 24/48 hours an email with your official quote. Take your time to evaluate our offer, the quote is not binding and is valid for 30 days (after, the prices may undergo small changes).
- To confirm your quote, simply answer the email.
- Free Shipping is restricted to Italy.
